Why is it called “Expected” Profit Rate (EPR) if my return is fixed?

The term Expected Profit Rate (EPR) is used for regulatory and technical reasons, but in practice:

  • Your profit amount is agreed upfront when you create the Cube

  • Your final return does not fluctuate based on markets

  • As long as you hold your Cube until maturity, you will receive the full agreed profit
