What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please follow the steps detailed below to freeze your card and protect your money.

  1. Head to the Home tab in your Algbra app and tap on ‘Cards

  2. You should see your Physical card (you might need to swipe if you see a Virtual one) and select ‘Freeze card

  3. Select ‘Report lost or stolen

You can also block your card by contacting us through the app as soon as you notice it’s missing.
