What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please follow the steps detailed below to freeze your card and protect your money.

  1. Head to the Home tab in your Algbra app and tap on 'Cards'

  2. Swipe to your physical card then tap 'Freeze Card'

  3. Select 'Report lost or stolen'

We also recommend contacting us straight away, especially if you notice any transactions that you didn't authorise.
