When ordering a physical card in the app, you'll see an estimated timeframe for delivery.
This usually 3-5 working days in the UK. If it hasn't arrived by then, it's worth allowing a couple of extra days in case of any delays with postal services.
If it still hasn't arrived after that, just let us know via the in-app chat and we'll get a replacement out to you.
